- a semi-open equipped kitchen with balcony,
- two independent bedrooms with double beds,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

🛌 The flat has two sleeping areas:
- a first bedroom with double bed,
- a second bedroom with double bed.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a large screen TV, kitchen equipment (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, etc), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking of your credit card.
Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded.

Nb: This guarantee system is also allowed by Airbnb and Booking.com on platform.



💁♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
