"Property was very clean with comfortable beds. Ellen came to the cabin to check on us because we needed some servicing and all was corrected. We had view of a pond from our doorway with a fountain with lights at night. We saw a Doe that goes by the name of Janice ( Yes the wildlife have names) who almost allowed us to pet even though I had our dog on a leash. "Check in is at 4...I received a call at 4:15 from the house cleaner. When we arrived at 7, the cleaner was still there. The house was not cleaned. The sheets on the beds were still damp. The advertised a washer and dryer, however they were locked up. Now, I will stay that VRBO and Evolve were easy to work with. They addressed all of our issues. They gave us an extra 4 hours for check out. We ended up not using the extra hours. It was just upsetting to get to this house and it wasn't the...

"We had a great stay at Great Escape Lodge! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The water park and family activities were a big highlight. The only things missing were a gym and complimentary breakfast, which would have made the experience perfect. Overall, still a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely come back."
