"We were 4 adult men staying for a golf getaway. Overall the home fit our needs. The home needs some attention to improve the living conditions. Beds in 2 of the bedrooms need replacing. They had no support, and it was like sleeping in a hammock. TV does not use Xfnity or Verizon, but used You Tube as service provider. If you are not familiar with You Tube, it can be challenging. "This property was an excellent choice for a group of senior ladies for several reasons. First and foremost, having an elevator running on all 3 levels was extremely important to use, especially those of us with orthopedic issues. All the beds were very comfortable, the entire house has loads of windows, decks and was very well equipped. "We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away!...

He very quickly responded to all of our queries and made sure we knew what to expect. We appreciated how well the house, and especially the kitchen was stocked."

"There was a mixup in the dates reserved where the stay requested was longer than the intended days. Thought everything was ok after speaking with the host and Vrbo immediately after the booking stating the issue. The intent was to change the date to the correct date and not be charged for the day we were not staying The end result was a refusal from the host to credit the day submitted in error and not used even after contacting them prior of the inadvertent date. "Loved our stay! The house is lovely, and super clean and comfortable. Perfect setting on the water; we enjoyed the kayaks provided, as well as hanging out with the wildlife on the water. Close enough to drive to the island for beaches and restaurants. Host was super helpful and made check in/check out easy. We would love to return next year!"

"Nice place to spend a couple of nights with easy walks to restaurants and the beach. Clean, bright, and comfortable. Listing should probably indicate multiple attached apartments, although that did not interfere with our quiet and private stay. Certainly will consider the place again for an off-season getaway."
