"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 "

"Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. Honestly I cant say how much we enjoyed our peaceful tranquil refreshing stay at this locational. I 100% do and have! recommended this to all my friends. Thank you."

"The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning."

"8 of us came here to celebrate a joint birthday over a long weekend. The house was gorgeous, clean,spacious, beautiful surroundings and of course the amazing hot tub! Not criticism but helpful to know if you're planning a visit- take extra towels with you. They do provide towels and bathrobes but no washing machine facility, so after a hot tub dip you have to use the same towel the next morning. They provided us with a cake, loaf of bread and butter, which was great, but not many other pantry...

"This is the most incredible place we have stayed at in the UK. The house was very spacious and super comfortable. The host was so helpful and exceeded our expectations with the Christmas decorations which were incredible. It was the BEST place to celebrate Christmas with our family. "Our long weekend at Cosy Cottage was perfect. The owners have gone to so much trouble to make everything comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfy and the cottage is warm and well appointed. Location is excellent, both within the village of Tealby itself (walks, tea shop, pub) and more generally, within the Lincolnshire Wolds. We felt our dogs were welcome and the whole weekend was so relaxed. Cannot recommend the cottage highly...
