"We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying coffee in the morning on the decks with the sunrise. Quiet picturesque country location with beautiful trees and landscaping. The birdwatching was top notch and you felt completely immersed in nature the entire stay. We appreciated how clean and updated the home was along with the personal touches of snacks and bottled water being provided. Great vacation spot and we would love to come stay again. "

"5 Stars – Perfect Home Away from Home!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished everything was. "Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room."

"The home is comfortable and fully accessible. We felt well cared for and had all that we needed from our responsive host. We enjoyed the 5 bedrooms, space to gather, and great kitchen. The only outside issues are Mount Vernon's diminished air quality from industry and being close to an active train track. Neighborhood is safe and attractive. We would go back in a heartbeat."
