Situationsbericht!
Unseren Aufenthalt kann man im Allgemeinen als gut bezeichnen. Bemängelt wird, dass keine geeignete Kaffeemaschine für Zubereitung nach deutscher Art vorhanden war (Pulverkaffee, keine Pads). Das Türschloß vom Gartentor ist defekt, was insbesondere bei der Anreise, sowie im weiterem Aufenthalt zu Komplikationen führte.Das Umfeld der Treppe war verschmutzt. Fernsehempfang gestört (schwaches Signnal) außerdem nur italienische Sender.

Une très belle vue mais un appartement trop petit
Je pensais louer un appartement avec une chambre et ai eu la mauvaise surprise de me retrouver dans un studio. Je pense que l’annonce n’est pas assez précise car j’avais compris qu’il y avait une chambre même si cela n’était effectivement pas écrit. Les matelas sont très moyens (clic clac et deux lits juxtaposés sous un placard), la cuisine très petite (pour se servir du four, il faut enlever les grilles de la plaque de cuisson; le réfrigérateur est minuscule) : cela ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. En revanche, la propriétaire est très réactive, la salle de bains est agréable et la vue est magnifique. Le studio est bien insonorisé mais je ne relouerai pas ce logement car je le trouve cher pour son rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons ensuite loué une petite maison à Colico et avons apprécié le changement

Zwei tolle Balkone mit Seeblick, Vermieter leider oft zu spät
Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf etwa 300 Höhenmeter über dem See und verfügt über zwei große Balkone, auf denen man einen tollen Seeblick hat und wunderbar Essen und Zeit verbringen kann. Das gesamte Haus ist realtiv neu. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber. Insbesondere war alles notwendige an Kochutensilien vorhanden. Leider war der Vermieter beim Check-in 30min zu spät. Als wir dann Probeme mit dem Warmwasser hatten, meinte er, dass am nächsten Morgen jemand vorbei kommt, wodurch wir den gesamten Vormittag in der Wohnung geblieben sind. Der Techniker kam dann nach erneuter Nachfrage erst Abends. Beim Check-Out war der Vermieter über eine Stunde verspätet. Somit ist die Wohung an sich zu empfehlen, die Pünktlichkeit des Vermieters könnte verbessert werden.
