"Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, ungewöhnliche Aufteilung (aber schön gemacht!), ruhig (ohne Straßenverkehr und ohne den in der Innenstadt oft nervigen Kneipenlärm). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay. Freundliche Vermieterin."
