"No reception. Room was extreamly small . Bathroom was uncomfortable to use. pictures showed big bigger rooms. Also no elevators.. need to be told clearly."

From the reception to the kitchen, as well as the rest of the hotel staff, they have been very kind and accommodating. Also, the view of Lake Geneva is the cherry on top of the whole experience!"

"When we booked our stay we were very excited and the reviews were generally pretty good. When checking in, there was no staff to help us. At night there was screaming, yelling, drinking, smoking and loitering outside our room (below our balcony) which kept us up pretty much all night both nights. When trying to contact front desk, there was no one around to help. Even with the balcony door closed, the shutters closed and the curtains drawn, we were kept up all night (until almost 4am) by other guests (not random people on the street) and their yelling and shouting. The property was nice but the service and noise levels, simply unacceptable. Very disappointed. "
