We also had a small issue (maintenance worked on our hot water heater the day before we arrived and didn’t turn the hot water back on, definitely not something I can see happening to anyone else), we realized the issue and resolved it ourselves but the staff was responsive and followed...

"Although the property was as described, I had some issues related to poor communication with the property manager and accessing the "secure underground parking."Our check-in was set for Friday at 4:00PM. However, after reaching out to the property manager via VRBO multiple times, I had not heard back from him. I was starting to get concerned that the listing was a scam, as I was not provided the check-in details, despite paying in full. He finally got back to me with the check-in information...

"Great property at great location, however door code and room number not provided 2 weeks prior as per email ended up 45 min on the phone with expedia to gain room access as the front desk cannot do anything. Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great"

"Everything was great except for the people that had a party in the parking lot after the pub I suppose at 1-1:30 am Saturday / Sunday am for close to an hour ….very noisy and woke a lot of people up …other than that everything was great…."
