As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. "Our family had a very nice stay at this cottage. It is located 15 minutes away from North Beach and about 40 minutes away from Sandbanks. The house is clean and spacious. It has a huge backyard where we enjoyed great views esp. at sunset. The lake is beautiful with clear water, no seaweeds, shallow entry (good for kids), the bottom is a little rocky so water shoes are recommended.
