"Comfortable bed Big room "

"Close to train, cruise terminal and old Southampton. "

"My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and again the night after, our room on both nights were quiet as they were on the 3rd and 4th floor. the bed was a king bed and very comfortable and even though there was a glass door to the bathroom it was still private. The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a starbucks in the hotel which is perfect for a nice tea or coffee and a snack. My husband and I went for a meal in there bar and grill which was lovely. There was no wardrobe in either the rooms but there were hangers on a rail to put your clothes on. There is a bus stop down the road if your not driving, where you can go into Southampton or Winchester.We really liked this hotel even though it away from the port"

"Great hotel, been lots of times always very good. One problem the car park is always extremely busy whenever you go, very hard to find a space."

"Comfortable beds, great walk into town, easy check-in if their car park is full, there is another over the road. We stayed for one night - easy for a quick stay for the weekend. "

"The staff were very friendly, and very helpful! They were all very organised, with our luggage, parking and sorting out a taxi for us in the morning!! Room was very big and clean! We will definitely be using this hotel again in future visits! Would highly recommend it!"
