"Best poolside unit, and it's not close. We stayed in the 2nd best poolside unit last year, which was right next door, and this one was much better...think screened in porch. We absolutely love the live nightly music! Even if you don't, you don't really notice it inside, and less so in the bedroom. Fabulous place all around and can't wait to come again next year. Just 2 minutes away, you have a grocery store along with a fresh seafood market and 3 of the top restaurants all right together.."

The property manager will give you clear instructions on finding this gem shortly before your arrival. You'll find a great layout perfect for a couple of adults or small family. The location is perfect- the beach is minutes away, and so are some great Pensacola restaurants. Check in and check out were super easy, too. "

"My wife and I checked in on Monday, and checked out on Friday. The only thing we wished would have been different was the shower. It was only large enough for 1 person. Other than that, we found the place to be excellent! The property owners provide lots of information for their renters to view once inside. "This property is perfectly nestled in a little neighborhood minutes from Johnsons beach and a short drive to Pensacola and Navarre. The decor is minimalistically beachy and it's beautiful inside and out. The stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer and provided beach chairs and umbrellas are a plus. "Our stay was amazing!! Usually when we visit Pensacola Beach, we drive - but we flew this time and it was so nice to have EVERYTHING that we needed to enjoy the beach!! The walk was super short and we loved that we could see the beach and the sound from the balcony. Donna was super helpful and also made sure that we knew about the Blue Angels beach buzz. We will be back!!!"
