The tree-lined canal, the local restaurants and pubs, the early evening golden hour…all were great. Two things to note: the noise in the alley will definitely impact your sleep late into the night. "This was a great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. Boland is very easy to communicate with and is very informative. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. Although the stairs are steep, which is common in Amsterdam, my husband and I are 60 and were able to manage them with no problem. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Amazing location. But it is a basement unit and there were a few weird things about it. The sink in the bathroom has a huge faucet that makes it impossible to wash your face and challenging even to brush your teeth. There were tons of decorative pillows but only two you would want to put your face on. But overall a very nice stay, just not sure I'd call it a luxury apartment."
