"This is a newly renovated residence few minutes walk from çalis beach area but far enough to let you rest quietly. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, beach, transportation. The residence is clean, has good breakfast and friendly staff. "

"Property very old fashioned and outdated. Grounds were very unkept. Dirty outdoor sun loungers with no cushions and very hard to sit on. Plug socket hanging off walls. Hard and rough bedding sheets. Pool was not usable as it had no water in. Grass not cut. "

"Though you pay for AI a lot of the drinks, whisky, brandy etc are payable, whereas in the newer nearby 5* AI hotels its all included. Staff are wonderful though"
