Für das Geld okay/gut
Wir waren vom 27.04.2024-02.05.2024 in der Vista Golfo 3. Dir Unterkunft ist ausreichend und funktioniell. Der Check-In war durch den Schlüsselsave super einfach und auch auf meine Mails wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Ich persönlich würde allerdings nicht mehr unbedingt hingehen aus folgenden Gründen: keine Messer (nur Gabel und Löffel. Große Schneide Messer hat es 2 Stück), unbequeme Betten, die Stühle im Innenraum sind sehr unbequem, insgesamt dunkler und kleiner wie auf den Bildern, kein Klopapier, die Bettdecken sind sehr dünn (wir haben zu dem Zeitraum nachts etwas gefroren, im Sommer ist es bestimmt besser), man bekommt nur einen Müllsack und der Balkon grenzt direkt am Balkon der Nachbarn. Man hat also in dem Sinn gar keine Privatsphäre. Außerdem ist der Strand etwas weiter weg wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Er ist aber trotzdem gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber eben nicht so nah wie auf den Bildern. Der Ort Nodu Pianu ist ausschließlich ein Wohngebiet. Am Strand gibt es eine Bar. Für alles weitere muss man Minimum nach Pittulongu oder sogar noch ein kleines Stück weiter Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft für das Geld okay/gut.

Perfekte Lage
Das Objekt war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber leider etwas verwohnt. Geputzt war sie aber ordentlich. Die Bestuhlung war auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die abgebildeten Liegestühle gab es gar nicht! Für 2 Personen war die Größe akzeptabel, allerdings ist die Warmwasser-Menge ziemlich knapp bemessen. Die Lage war perfekt, der Strand fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Am Strand gibt es für die Anwohner und dort wohnenden Urlauber die Möglichkeit, Liegen für 3 Euro/Stück und einen gratis Schirm zu bekommen - ist etwas versteckt. Es gibt aber auch einen abgeteilten Bereich, an dem man auch nicht von den Händlern angesprochen wird, wo man ebenfalls Liegen und Schirme mieten kann, aber um einiges teurer. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub.

environnement agreable mais appartement viellissant
vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse agréable. Mais le mobilier d'exterieur ne correspond pas au photo ( pas de chaises longue). L'appartement est viellissant ( trace de moisissures) et la literie est trop ferme.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen, aber in einem ausgesprochenem Urlauberviertel. Dieses wir sehr gut gepflegt. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage und Sicht zum Meer ist ein wunderbarer Ausspann. Bei der Ankunft darf man nur ein Haus erwarten, welches sehr sauber ist und nichts weiter hat. Sogar das Toilettenpapier war nicht da. Wenn man dann einkaufen war, kann der entspannte Urlaub in dieser Oase beginnen.

Nice seeview terrace, had a good time
Okey, so we stayed here for 5 days in Septembre, all in all a good experience. Appartment is clean, spacious, and you will have this great seaview to enjoy! Thats really nice. But, some points to keep in mind: you NEED a car, the place is pretty remote and a bit of a challenge to find at night by means of google maps when you arrive for the first time. There is nobody present to welcome you, and there are NO bedlinnen... So you have to find the place yourself and bring your own! Not completely sure what to think about that... especially the bedlinnen, I totally looked over it (my own fault) and had to pay extra. bad luck our suitcase arrived 4 days later so we had not even a beachtowl or something to sleep under... another point is the fact the terrace unfortunatly doesnt really offer you any privacy from your neighbours... its not the worst thing, but so easily fixed with a small fence or some plants ;) could also have used some cleaning towls to do the dishes for example, but these are small things meant as points of improvement. All in all we had a good time, and surely others will enjoy the surroundings here as well!
