The flat that I booked was unfortunately damaged and could not be used during the original time needed, Frau Kiefer promptly called me to inform me and came up with 2 alternative solution which was both fair and reasonable. This was the first time that I was bringing my son (<1), niece (8) and nephew (12) to Europapark, so making sure that we had good accommodations was important. I was highly impressed with the flat, it is modern, spacious, clean, and well...

"2 people sleeping in the kitchen is not so nice. That room is too small with 2 adults and 4 big children. We didn’t like to eat inside where it was hot, and the place outside was not for us unfortunately. Then this terrace should not have been used for photo’s on the site. The church bells make too much noise. But it was very clean and the bathroom is nice, only the floor gets really wet when showering. "

"It's all about location, and this is a prime one! The unit itself was clean and a great size for the two of us. We like to cook on our trips, and the kitchen was a little sparse, but it was fine, and everything else was great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful (as was their dog - friendly, I mean). We would definitely stay there again."

"Als wir am Ferienort ankamen, waren wir positiv sehr überrascht vom Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir etwas früher angereist sind, hatten wir bedenken, ob wir schon in die Ferienwohnung gehen konnten. Dies war aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt. Sie war sehr sauber und war schön eingerichtet. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Einige alltägliche Sachen wie z.B. Gewürze waren schon in der Küche vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt....

"We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions."

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles im guten Zustand. Es merkwürdig ist, dass es keine richtigen Heizungen gibt, sondern nur Wand montierte Flächenstrahler, oder Spiegel, die im Bad geheizt haben. Grundsätzlich war das aber ok.Ansonsten ist der Ort als Standort für Ausflüge optimal."
