Loved all the little details like fresh water daily, incredible breakfast with a view, and an included spa experience you can’t miss. "We knew in advance that the hotel was under heavy renovation/construction, but this did not detract much from the stay. The worse (?) was that the panorama of the Eiger N wall from the balcony was somewhat marred by a construction crane (see photo) - not a big deal. We found room to park at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great. The room is nicely furnished. One small fault: not enough power outlets around and just one USB outlet. And confusing light switches that operate on a delay and take time to master. The price is high, but so are most prices in Grindelwald"
