"It's a fabulous place in a beautiful setting. The food in their restaurant is great and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The only reason I gave less than five stars on property condition is because the rooms don't have temperature controls or even fans to move air. Furthermore, the windows don't have screens so they don't want you to open them and let the midges in. Maybe it was just our room. That said, I would certainly stay here again. "Enjoyed the location very much, easy 15 minute walk into Westport. Our room was clean and stocked with coffee and tea. Patrice provided us some excellent dining suggestions. Our only issue is the plumbing in the bathroom. The toilet was tricky, the hot and cold taps on the sink were reversed and the shower was slow draining. Having said that we would stay again with the understanding that we did not book a 4 star B&B, nor did we pay the price for one. Overall good value for the money."

"Wonderful place in Westport. Christy and Margaret are wonderful hosts. Great place, nice room and a fantastic breakfast. Short walk into town-leave the car and walk into town as travel and parking in town can be nightmarish. Only negative, and this is not a deal breaker, is that the shower was a bit claustrophobic. Now I am six foot five so maybe not an issue for most people, but again, not major at all. Stay here-you won't be disappointed."
