"Absoluut een huis met potentie. Echter, in de huidige staat betaal je veel om er vervolgens weinig voor terug te krijgen. Apparatuur werkt niet of werkt niet goed. Weigerend toilet bovenverdieping. Veel oude spullen, ratjetoe aan meubilair, keuken met links en rechts schade. Geen mogelijkheid om buiten met acht personen aan één tafel te eten. Absoluut pluspunt is het zwembad.
