"Wonderful few days in a cozy clean house!"

"Our family was in Greensboro to celebrate the college graduation of our oldest daughter from NC A&T State University. We enjoyed this lovely home during our short visit."

"I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!"

"We were looking for a place to stay for the week of our daughter’s graduation. We wanted a place we could have as a homebase that would feel like home while in NC. This was a little further away from the campus than we originally desired, but I think that’s what made it so perfect. Were able to enjoy our time on campus, but then really break away from the activities when we were at the house. The amenities, the space, and the comfort were exactly what we were looking for."

"Five old college friends gathering for a catch up. Great space, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking. Plentiful coffee provided, always a positive. We do suggest that a ceiling leak in downstairs half bath be repaired before this unit is rented again. Did not hamper our visit and owner planned to have it looked at after we left."

"The location was convenient, and quiet which was perfect. Vanessa had everything we could’ve needed and more to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The garden was my personal favorite though. Absolutely beautiful and fun to explore."

"The home is very cute inside and clean, location was perfect, close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Couple of suggestions Does need outside property clean up. And simple thing like some bowls for the kitchen so you can mix pancakes or salads., and couple of cookie sheets. But that’s minor. Beth the manager was excellent and very helpful. We did have a great stay."

"It was advertised as a 2 bedroom house that you have the whole house to yourself. When arrived it was occupied and would have to share with 2 other people. Me and my wife were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We didn't think we would have to share the house with someone else. The host was nice but we didn't feel comfortable staying the night there. "

"I was a little skeptical to rent this after a couple reviews I read but in all honesty this place was absolutely beautiful and a great pick. It’s very private and our party was so amazed by the beauty. This place came fully stocked with everything you need. Every time I opened a kitchen cabinet I was pleasantly surprised that it had exactly what we needed and or forgot to bring. We will definitely be back this summer to stay here again. It is on 50 private acres so yes there may be some spiders...

"Great stay and warm friendly host. This was a wonderful house filled with love and character. Super clean and very spacious. If you stay here be sure to use the back screen porch. Birds, trees and flowers surround you. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there even in the rain. We thank our hosts very much."
