"The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet with good temperature control. Also, the breakfasts I ordered (not buffet) at the North Tower Cafe were excellent bordering on artistic. The location was great to access Gastown and English Bay. The hotel was a total pain to reach by car. I drove around in circles for an extended period trying to find any way in. The hotel should provide instructions. The bathroom was dated with a shower curtain and was awkward with the door coming very close to the toilet."

"This was a fantastic stay! The mattress was absolutely the most comfortable. Its in walking distance of Gastown and so many other restaurants and shops. The hotel has a free bus pick up that takes you to the Capilano Bridge. The hotel also has a Starbucks in their lobby. I would definitely stay here again. "
