Very comfortable appartment within 2 minutes walk of lovely beach!
This appartment is great for a beach holiday - the sun shone,, the sea was as calm and warm as a swimming pool, and the beach was sandy and clean. The campsite next door is convenient for a shop and restaurant, but even on 14th July, we were not disturbed by noise. The appartment itself was comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. Thanks Michel!

Die Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern ergab dieses Objekt, es ist ein offener Wohnraum, 2 Etagen ohne Türen. Halbherziger Versuch, mit Vorhängen zu trennen.... allerdings auf den Fotos so zumindest erahnbar... In die Jahre gekommen, Matratzen sehr unbequem. Trotzdem für den Preis okay und schön gewesen. Ange ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Fantastic Family Vacation
We spent our summer vacation here with three children. We had a very nice time. The apartment is well equipped and exactly as specified. In addition, Ange was always very kind with advice and assistance. Always happy to return :) Only the music from the neighboring campsite we found a bit unpleasant. All in all, a dreamlike stay!

Direkt am Meer, Auto notwendig
Geschlossene Wohnanlage, angenehme Vermieter, top saubere Wohnung, vollständige Einrichtung (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine). Bei 38 Grad Hitze hat die Klimaanlage gut funktioniert. Das WLAN war gut, aber das Internet allgemein oft überlastet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit kaum fußläufig, am besten ein Auto vorhalten, auch für Ausflüge. Der Strand ist feinsandig, anscheinend gepflegt und wenig besucht. Nahe Camping-Plätze bieten Strand- und Abendunterhaltung. Wir hatten tolle Familienferien.

Schöne Wohnung mit eigenem Strandzugang
Wir können diese Wohnung und die Eigentümer empfehlen. Es lief alles einfach und gut ab. Keinerlei Probleme. Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand. Einen kleinen Hacken gab es bei uns, dass es Nacht unter dem Dach sehr warm war trotz guter Klimaanlage. Lag aber auch an den sonnigen Wetter, was wir auch haben wollten ;)

Appartement très propre et tout équipé, la terrasse face à la mer et aux montagnes est très agréable ! la résidence est très calme située au milieu des eucalyptus avec une grande plage de sable fin face à la location, Un grand merci à Ange pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons revenir très bientôt !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Ange et Nicolas. L'appartement est bien équipé et est très confortable, sa situation est idéale à quelques mètres de la plage, vue mer et montagne, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil d'Ange, la propriétaire, très sympathique, flexible et efficace. Merci encore de nous avoir rendu service pour les attestations du ferry :)! Je recommande vivement cette location, que du plus!

Agréable séjour à Ghisonaccia
Un excellent accueil de la part d'Ange qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux, notamment sur la flexibilité des horaires. Nous avons également rencontré quelques difficultés de location de voitures il y a quelques semaines, elle nous a contacté pour proposer des solutions. Pas de surprise au niveau de l'appartement. Équipement conforme à la description. La résidence est bien entretenue avec un accès direct à la plage. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille sur la terrasse en cuisinant des migliacci sur la plancha. L' emplacement permet de visiter de nombreux sites. Nous remercions Ange pour toutes les petites attentions. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en famille. L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques pas de la mer, très bien équipé, très propre. Séjour parfait. Aucune désillusion concernant l'appartement très propre, très bien équipé, parfaitement conforme aux description. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et accueil direct excellent, grande disponibilité de sa part. Séjour sur la dernière semaine d'octobre, très belle saison pour visiter ou revisiter cette région, les baignades sont encore possibles, les températures sont douces et la nature magnifique. Der Park liegt direkt am Meer und man hat vom Balkon aus Sicht auf Strand und Meer. Das Appartment ist groß und sauber. Im Herbst absolut ruhig. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung.

Premières vacances en Corse. Nous sommes partis entre amis. L’appartement est bien placé, matin et soir le plongeon est appréciable. Très bien équipé, la terrasse est un véritable plus. La plage dispose de plusieurs services. La location du maxi paddle pour 7 personnes est une belle découverte. Aux alentours les piscines naturelles sont très jolies à voir. Les échanges avec le propriétaire se sont bien passés. Il est très arrangeant que ça soit pour l’arrivée ou le départ. Nous recommandons !!

Superbe emplacement la propriété se trouve au centre des différents lieux à visiter. Le propriétaire est très sympa, accueillant , toujours disponible et de bons conseils, un grand merci à Michel. L'appartement:-très belle vue sur mer -très bien équipé et en plus décoré avec goût. tout le nécessaire est prévu. -la mer est à côté -ns avons passés d'excellentes vacances. N'hésitez plus c'est là votre destination.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge auf Korsika
Wir waren in den Pfingstferien auf Korsika und hatten für 10 Nächte das Appartement gebucht. Das Appartement liegt in einer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einige Annehmlichkeiten (Klima, großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank , tolle bequeme Betten). Die Grösse der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ideal. Lediglich im Bad ist es etwas beengt. In die obere Etage mit 4 Schlafplätzen führt eine schmale, steile Treppe. Mit kleineren Kindern denke ich könnte das schwierig sein. Von der Anlage hat man direkten Zugang zum Strand. Der Strand ist weitläufig und war an Pfingsten wirklich wenig besucht. Ein Stück weiter vorne (2 Campingplätze und Wassersportanbieter) war etwas mehr los. Die von Einigen angesprochene laute Musik des Campingplatzes nebenan können wir nicht teilen. Zwar hört man die Musik, aber diese ist bei weitem nicht störend. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und gerade am Abreisetag war er zwecks Check Out sehr entgegenkommend! Von der Anlage aus hat man viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage nahezu in der Inselmitte ist perfekt. Auch wenn es sicherlich schönere Ortschaften wie Ghisonaccia gibt.

L'appartamento è ben disposto, pulito, confortevole fornito di ogni elettrodomestico utile in vacanza. Ha inoltre un bellissimo terrazzo vista mare ed è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. résidence au top bien placé agencement idéal matériel de qualité et un propriétaire en or !!! les thermes chaudes ne sont pas loin, Fromagerie Baldovini non plus, le marché de prunelli et les spécialités miam pour les spots de vagues et de vent c'est l'omerta ;) (punta, joshette, algajola, pinarel.....) l'appartement est situé de façon à être proche du sud comme du nord de la corse............ bref j'ai bien fait d'ecouter mon oncle qui me disait viens en corse l'hivers, c'etait idéal à prestu michel

Toujours aussi magnifique.
Voilà maintenant 5 ans que je réserve les appartements de Michel et je n’ai jamais été déçue. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité et la gentillesse du propriétaire fait le reste. La résidence est vraiment agréable,on y tombe vite sous le charme. Je reviendrai à coup sûr l’an prochain. Si j’ai un conseil personnel à donner aux futurs locataires, c’est de réserver en hors saison car le climat y est idéal et les prix très abordables.
