"Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel. "

"We booked this very expensive over rated appartement hôtel for our 4 nights stay as a family. They only provided 2 bath sheets even though there was 4 of us, I asked for more and was told it would be 6 euros per towel. I could buy towels for that prices and keep them! The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. Glad we only went back to sleep. Kids refused to use it and brushed their teeth in the kitchen.
