"We had a few nights stay at this delightful cottage which was very comfortable and cosy. Situated in rural countryside with some very nice pubs in the surrounding areas, one within walking distance. The house catered for all out needs with very comfy beds with large thick towels provided. "As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"
