Summary:
Enjoy the bustling vibes of Geelong in this modern and clean townhouse. Only a 5-min walk to some of Geelong’s coolest cafes and restaurant’s. 15 min walk to GMHBA Stadium and short drive to Geelong CBD or head down to the Bellarine or Surf Coast for a day trip at the beach.

The Space:
‘Percy Escape’ is well appointed with all the essential amenities including WiFi, Smart TV and outdoor space with BBQ. The property is also pet friendly (ideally only a small dog). The home is split over two levels with bedrooms on first floor and living upstairs.

Internally the property consists of 2 bedrooms, main with queen and second bedroom with trio bunk (double on bottom and single up top. Ideally sleeping up to 5 guests. The bathroom features shower over bath and vanity with separate toilet. There is also an internal EURO laundry with washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery and microwave.
The main living room features split system heating and cooling, smart TV and dining table for 6. There is also a small study nook and some board games on hand.

You will have access to the entire house with off-street parking for one car

Short stay whilst moving between houses
I stayed for just over a week whilst waiting to move into my new house. It was clean, quiet and in a great neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager was easy and they responded to queries in a timely manner. Great little unit!
