This cabin displays its elegant ambiance show cased by the great room's stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and leather sofas.

After a full day of adventure with the family, relaxing in this spacious living area will make you feel right at home. As you get cozy near the fire place catch your favorite flick or Tv series on the flatscreen smart TV. Try not to be distracted by the delicious aromas emanating from the open concept, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a slew of countertop appliances, and offers everything you'll need to show off those 5-star cooking skills to your family and friends.

Spend your down time outdoors as you choose to soak in the hot tub, play corn hole in the large yard, or listen to the sounds of nature all around you from the nicely furnished decks, and enjoy a memorable-yet-relaxing evening with the fire flies. There is also a charcoal grill for the family BBQ get together, a flatscreen smart TV above the hot tub, a propane fire pit, and picnic tables and chairs for seating.

The cabin offers 2 master en-suites, one on each level of the cabin, that feature TVs, private bathrooms, and plush king beds. The kids will love the third bedroom, which boasts a twin-over-full bunk.

The game room offers a smart flatscreen TV, pool/ping pong table, an air hockey table, and much more. An EV charger is also available for guest use.

The property was secluded and quiet and overall a good place to stay. The house itself had a few cosmetic issues like the floors in the living room were so scratched that I thought they were dirty and the couches felt grimy. The outside area at the fire pit had trash all around. We picked up what we immediately saw. The hot tub was nice and the game room downstairs was a huge hit with everyone. The issues we had didn't hinder our stay in any way and we were overall comfortable. I would suggest maybe more blankets for the beds as it was really chilly during our stay.

Great location! Nice quiet spot, not too far out, but far enough to feel like you’re in the wild

Great vacation spot

Minor inconveniences upon the first day, but was resolved with a quick phone call and a maintenance visit the next day! Communication was great with Smoky Vistas. Rental spot was nice and secluded with many activities to do close by. We even had some visitors (momma and bear cub) one of the nights we stayed! My family and I loved our stay.

This home was as described in the ad which was perfect for our family. Very nice cabin in the mountains but not so perfect you couldn't enjoy. The older as well as younger kids had a great time enjoying the home.

Great Cabin for Gatlinburg

Great Cabin for a Gatlinburg Getaway. The house is a great size and has a great outdoor patio and seating areas. We had some issues with cleanliness of the hot tub and a house and issues with the TVs (Online only - no satellite) but the management team answered all of our calls even on Thanksgiving. This is a great spot to enjoy all parts of Gatlinburg without having to be right in the rush of the town.

I gave this house 2 stars because it advertises sleeps 9. This is inaccurate, you can sleep 4 adults and a few kids at max comfortably. But it you have anymore than 5 maybe 6 adults it’s going to be uncomfortable. They have some kind of problems with their air conditioner so don’t plane on getting any sleep and they have a leaky dishwasher and leaky fridge. They don’t provide any towels for the kitchen so bring your own dish rags and laundry detergent. We had 2 forks for 8 people. But they did drop off more forks. No worries this did not spoil our trip we still had fun. I would not suggest this place to any friends.

Disappointed

Unfortunately there were quite a few issues with our stay. When we arrived at check in time we were given the wrong code for the door and could not get a hold of property manager for answers. There were no spare towels or blankets, not even sheets for the pull out couch. Three rooms had flickering light bulbs and batteries missing from remotes. The WiFi was also almost impossible to use. Bathrooms and floors were not appropriately cleaned. Garbage was left in the yard from previous people as well. Overall the cabin would have been great, if it was clean and had appropriate amenities.

Well equipped family cabin with a few quirks.

This cabin checks most of the boxes—a nice wooded lot, jacuzzi, sleeping for five or more, well equipped (kitchen, restrooms, etc.), very clean, good communication and directions from the host, and somewhat close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pictures were likely taken when it was in better condition. Like most rentals, this one has a lot of wear and tear to the floors, furniture, and gaming equipment from previous guests. Also, there are some issues with pipes rattling and keeping guests up at night. Given the offering, the pricing is a little steep, but we enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful and clean. There were some kinks with the internet, and upon arrival there were 2 pool balls missing. The property manager was quick to respond to the issues and brought a new set of pool balls. Overall, was a fantastic stay and will definitely consider again!

Enjoyed it but the “luxury” was a bit faded

Location in the quiet arts district a short distance away from the traffic and chaos of Gatlinburg was excellent. The road and driveway were easily accessible even for the minivan. Everything seemed clean when we got there and no bugs during the week. That is a challenge in the mountains. The house is a nice size. Rooms aren’t quite as big as the pictures make it look but adequate. The master bath is nice. The downstairs baths are average. The washing machine was out of service. We enjoyed time on the porch and at the fire pit. The yard overlooks the road so not a house with a view but peaceful. While we were there, there was no high speed internet. We had 1 bar of data. Enough to send a text or an email sometimes but not always. That made it difficult to plan what to do each day, reserve tickets in advance, or research a restaurant. The smart TV’s depend on Roku so also no tv without internet. In conversation with the management we learned before we went up that there was a DVD player so we took some movies. The kitchen is well equipped, but you might want to bring your own skillet. I’m picky and the Teflon on these is all scratched. The refrigerator door is also missing two shelves. Random but for “luxury” I notice these things. Also no disposable staples of any sort outside of a few paper items and soap. Bring salt, pepper, storage containers etc if you plan to cook at all. The master bedroom was comfortable but it is time for a new mattress or mattress topper. There was only one small lap blanket so if you like blankets on the bed or sitting on the couch be sure to bring some. The pool table is high quality. The air hockey is small. But we enjoyed playing both and the corn hole. We brought games for the PS3 but there was not a cable to charge the controllers. Though there were typical guide magazines, this is the first house we have rented that didn’t come with a notebook with tips for the area, local restaurant menus, hiking suggestions etc. particularly missed it not having wifi. Some things I wish we had known: Park and catch the trolley across from Food City. Take 321 away from Gatlinburg and go into the NP at the Greenbrier entrance. Drive about 4 miles and at the gate a nice walk starts along Porter Creek. Google Fern Bank Falls for a description. The Fox and Parrot is a friendly pub. Buy tickets before you leave town.

Good location/Details lacking

The location was quiet and secluded, which was nice but there were several things that made the stay less than ideal. At the time of check in, we received a notice that we couldn’t get in until an hour later. There was no wireless internet as was advertised and therefore no television since it was Roku. The management said they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. Throughout the stay, we ran into several other small things such as no batteries in a TV remote and the battery in the carbon monoxide detector going out. With the many comparable options available, we will be selecting another place next time.

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

My family absolutely loved this cabin, it felt like home. I loved the location, off the beaten path, located in the arts district, but still close enough for a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself is beautifully maintained. When you walk in, there is a half bath to your immediate right and the front door entrance opens up into a large living room area with a large stone fireplace and an open concept kitchen. I loved that there was seating at the dinner table for 8 guests. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals and enough place settings for 8+ people to eat together. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all 8 of us as well. The couch pulls out into a bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and right off the living room. The master shower is an updated walk in. Off them living room is the upstairs deck which wraps around the entire front and side of the house and has a swinging bench, lots of wooden rocking chairs and a hot tub and TV. My family took full advantage of the hot tub. It was clean and you can adjust the temp to your liking. Downstairs is the game room, two bedrooms, one is a king suit and the kids bunk room, each with their own full bath. A laundry room is off the game room as well. Downstairs opens up to the outside patio living area. Large picnic table and fire pit, again with plenty of seating. There is a large grass area where the kids enjoyed running and playing. Only problems we encountered were with the fire pit and water heater leaking. It is a gas pit, but the renter before us must have used real logs and left some behind, so we started the pit with the leftover logs only to realize the siding was plastic and it melted. So do not use wood in the fire pit. One morning we woke up to the water heater leaking. We called the rental company and they had someone out there very quickly to fix right away. The staff at the rental service were very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay at this cabin again, and would encourage others to as well. We can’t wait to visit again!!!
