Cozy, Rustic Relaxing Studio Condo for 2 with Park Views & Wifi

This thoughtful and rustic space is the perfect base for your Smokies trip, whether you prefer relaxation or an active schedule. It comes with a view of the Smokies and comfortable touches while you're away from home. This condo has an inviting deck straight out of your favorite design blog. You'll have nooks to enjoy your company or solitude. A fully stocked kitchen is available.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies.
It is located on the 1st of 3 floors. The space features one queen bed.
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

Lovely stay in the mountains

The views here are so amazing, I don’t think I could’ve found a better spot to wake up and just see the mountains every morning. Host is very responsive and quick to solve any issues that may arise!

Beautiful view

We spent most of our time exploring the area. The drive up has lots of twists and turns but beautiful views. The studio was good size for my husband and I. The property manager was quick to respond when we ran into minor issues.

Outstanding views, cozy unit.

The unit was as advertised. It was nicely decorated and had everything two people need. It was quiet and the views were spectacular. The neighbors followed the [quite time] rules and we had no issues. The drive up the mountain was a bit intimidating, but we quickly got the hang of it after a few times.

Love this condo!

We will definitely be back. Perfect spot for your Gatlinburg get away. Road up to condo was not too bad. We saw a few bears, turkeys, and coyotes while sitting on balcony. Perfect for a quiet getaway with your spouse.

Gorgeous spot!

This VRBO was decorated beautifully & so clean! Situated at the top of the Gatlinburg Summit which meant winding mountain roads that lead to the most beautiful view. We met very nice people in the hot tub area too. 100% satisfied with our stay. Location was perfect. Far enough away from downtown to stay away from the noise but close enough to be apart of it!
