BEAUTIFUL house in the heart of Gatlinburg

Breathtaking 2-story property just 15 mins from the city (shoppings, attractions, national parks).
Super spacious (sleeps 12-14 people comfortably) and amazingly warm and cozy, it has two fireplaces and brand new wooden laminate floors through out. Central heater and portables for added warmth. Extra pillows and blankets in every room.
The house includes two separate bedrooms on second floor, both with a queen bed and a full sofa bed each, with a shared full bathroom; a third bedroom with same sleeping arrangements as above on first floor and a den/living area that can be used as a 4th bedroom with a queen sofa bed. Two other full bathrooms are located on first level.
Property has plenty of closet spaces, where we are leaving your fresh towels, white sheets and fuzzy blankets.
It has a comfortable fully equipped kitchen open to living room/tv/fireplace area and a formal dining room with wraparound windows facing the backyards.
We have a big laundry area with side to side washer dryer, utility sink and cabinets for extra storage you might need.
The attic was transformed into a yoga/exercise room, where you can workout, meditate or just read a book listening to the rain on the roof.
The garage fits two cars inside but there is lots of parking in the yard. We are leaving 4 brand new bicycles for your enjoyment in our 13 acres of land or trails around the area.
We have an outdoor grill and a pizza oven so you can showoff your chef skills while breathing some pure mountain air. We also have a hot tub for those of you that just need to unwind and relax.
Land outside includes a small mountain you can climb and 2 creeks with fresh pristine waters to complete your breathtaking views for a perfect getaway. Here you will disconnect from routine to connect with true nature and people sharing this unforgettable experience with you.
We hope this house will be your vacation destination for many years to come.

Great place

Property and house are very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room with our large family staying there and didn't feel confined. It's centrally located between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend if you have a large group

Gatlinburg Farmhouse

This property was stunningly beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely grounds. The inside of the house was very clean and well maintained. We had all the amenities we needed. The host has taken very good care of the entire property and took very good care of us. I felt at home while staying there. I will definitely go back in the future.

Beautiful House

This house is so much more than the listing can describe! We visited the Gatlinburg area for our sons wedding. The house made such a beautiful setting for pictures after the wedding. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen excellently stocked with anything you would need for a family dinner. We would definitely recommend the house to others and stay again if we visit in the future.

downstairs bathroom for master bedroom-grab bar was not secure and shower curtain was too long presenting a trip hazard. Upstairs bathroom also had an unsecured grab bar in the shower.

Lovely House and Surrounding Property

I love this house! We rented it as one of four properties for a family reunion. This house is where my husband and I stayed, along with adult kids and grandchildren. Everyone else loved it too. In an area of mountainous geography, it's one one of the few rentals we found with plenty of level ground. We loved having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing in the evening listening to the relaxing sound of the pretty stream running along the edge of the property. Our Border Collies enjoyed having plenty of room to run, and had their picture taken with the statue of Saint Francis in the rose garden! The location is perfect; easy driving distance to the national park and attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house is convenient to the arts and crafts loop, too. Perfect for family members of all ages. We will look at this house first for availability when we go to the Smoky Mountains again.

Love this place!

We have stayed in several places in Gatlinburg, this is by far one of the best! Clean, spacious, private. On Craft loop and easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Only minor issue was limited seating in living room for our large family but we made it work. Very nice outdoor area with lots of privacy. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Great, great place to stay. This house is far better than the majority of rentals in Gatlinburg. We loved it. Can’t wait to return!!

The house itself is spacious. There could have been more comfortable seating in the living room. The dining room was very nice with a large table and VERY comfortable chairs. The TV situation, Direct TV, left a lot to be desired. Very few free channels. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate. The kitchen lacked good cooking utensils and cookware, although there were a lot of plates and silverware. The biggest problem was the ants! They were so numerous that I think we will be bringing some home! Ugh!!

Best Gatlinburg Vacation

Best rental we have had so far. Very spacious never felt crowded with 8 people staying in same house. Well equipped kitchen, large yard with creek and basketball goal by garage. Location was great 20-25 minutes from pigeon forge and down town Gatlinburg. Highly recommend

Beautiful location

Location of house and surrounding property is just wonderful. Nature abounds. Hot tub was great for watching the fireflies. House is simply decorated, three queen beds along with convertible sofa/futon in bedrooms and a futon in den. One TV on property, WiFi was strong and allowed for multiple devices. Our stay was a comfortable one while traveling with 3 teenagers.

Large, beautiful home. Excellent stay, incredible hosts!

Large, beautiful home with plenty of room for all. Gorgeous property located a short drive from the shops and dining in Gatlinburg. The property owners are incredible hosts; they were fast to respond to all of our questions and needs and the home is well stocked with everything you could need. We held a small wedding ceremony on the front porch during the rain, and moved to the large dining porch for our dinner reception. This was more than we could’ve asked for and we can’t wait to visit again next year.

Property is beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. Everything you made need is there. We cooked breakfast and dinner and even washed our clothes after the hot tub. There was seven of us and plenty of space.

We loved the house! My husband and I and our 3 adult daughters with their families had an amazing weekend! The owners are very thoughtful and it was one of the best stocked kitchens of all homes we have stayed in. The location is great- nestled in the arts and crafts community. Famous G Webb studio in walking distance! Plenty of dry firewood for the fire pit and fireplaces! Thank you so much! It was grand!

Favorite Family Vacation

I've vacation in the Smokys several times. About 3 years ago while shopping the craftsman's loop I seen this beautiful house and yard!!! I said that's my dream house. Fast forward a few years and I found that house on VRBO. That's right... This house!!! I rented it this year as my Christmas gift for my Family 😊 It's the perfect place for a wonderful get away! The hostess is AWESOME and gets back to you so quickly !! We ate breakfast in the sunroom each morning. My oldest daughter was so thankful for the pack and play for her 7month old. Everything you need is at the house. My great nephew loved the swing in the back yard and the branch that runs around the property. Will definitely rent again!!

Beautiful place

This house was amazing. It was very spacious. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor space too. Also, can’t forget about the workout, yoga, playroom in the attic. Everyone had a great memorable stay.
