"For our needs this cottage was perfect. We have a large dog and with the little fenced yard it made it easier to let him out to do the business. Close to the beach for walking. We would stay here again. "

"We had a family reunion at Barview jetty. We stayed in a little one bedroom cottage. It was very clean, convenient and close by. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"We rented this home as a weekend get away from the chaos of working two jobs and finally having a weekend off. The home is beautiful and holds lots of charm. However we had one major complaint and one minor disappointment. The height of the tubs in both bathrooms makes it VERY difficult to navigate. Our daughter has a disability and getting in and out of this tub to shower was not something she could do. If you find it difficult to get in and out of a standard size tub I wouldn’t recommend this...

"The house has everything you need for a great stay in Rockaway Beach! The house was clean and well stocked. Gary was communicative when issues arose and everything was clearly organized and labeled in the house. Location is perfect for access to anything in town or up and down the coast. There is a slant to the floors on the south side of the house, but the bed has been leveled and was comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"This property was quiet and cozy. Could use better frying pans though and couldn't het anything on Netflix except children programs. TV was not user friendly."

"Great communication but not the best with being flexible or accommodating. The place was very dusty, and bathroom fans didn’t work, mold around sinks, areas in kitchen were greasy and messy from previous spills. Around the oven it was very dirty and not very sanitary. The musty basement wasn’t the most pleasant, and we weren’t sure how often blankets and other items were washed. No dishwasher. We loved the easy access to the beach and parking. It was nice and private and had a fun cabin feel. "

"We loved the home and the views. The home is delightful and very special. WiFi is great, beautiful views and ocean sounds. Barview is a family tradition and we enjoyed being able to visit the beaches, the Barview jetty, Barview store, as well as short drives to both Garibaldi and Rockaway. A wonderful family treasure with happy summer 2024 memories."

"We only spent one night but it was super comfortable. We had a suite room with comfortable beds and a kitchen. Right on the beach which is lovely. "

"Vending machines broken no water or coffee in lobby as advertised - town shuts down at 9pm so if you didn't buy snack or drink then you have to drive to the next town to get something. But we had an amazing employee overnight shift who opened up the breakfast area for us so we could at least get some juice as we were all very thirsty!"

"It was a little hard to find the property, but once we found it it was pretty straightforward. We arrived an hour before check-in, and as the room was already ready we were given the keys and allowed access, which was very appreciated. The cabin had everything we needed, and they had even put in a brand-new hide-a-bed sofa before our stay, which was nice. It was easy to check out, as well, and the property was extremely quiet in the night hours, which is not always the case. We enjoyed our stay. "
