"Enjoyed a two night stay. There was a mixup on our second day and our room was not serviced. Staff were quick to bring towels and coffee but it was disappointing to come home to an unmade bed and wet towels that had to lie on the floor for two days as staff did not take them away. Other than that, breakfast was lovely and our evening meal in the dining room our first night was convenient. "

"I loved everything about this hotel. The room was definitely "Snug" but the design layout definitely made the room very functional. The staff was welcoming, with a wonderful sense of humor. The location was absolutely perfect, and allowed us to even enjoy the liveliness of the street below our window. I loved the energy! Note: The hotel has no elevators and is not in a peaceful spot. "

"Great hotel with wonderful customer service and a delicious full breakfast. Nice and quiet. Great area but the taxi ride to the center of town was about 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay there again. Be sure to have dinner at O’Gradys on the pier which is a short walk away. Fabulous! "
