Loved the fact that the property is directly on the ocean. The condo is cute and clean. However, the dishwasher pods didn’t dissolve so we hand washed all cups and plates. We washed one load of laundry and the dryer didn’t work so we had to take the load to the washer/dryer facilities on site. The mattresses on the beds were old and saggy and once we stripped the beds, the mattresses were terribly stained. All and all, great location and cute but maintenance needed if you are going to advertise that appliances work. Seascape was highly maintained and crews kept pool area very clean.

Disappointing & Frustrating First Family Vaca
Incredibly disappointing to book our first family vacation taking three kids to the beach. Family of six and the beach! Lots of showers needed and towels washed and dried. We booked the unit specifically because it had a washer and dryer in the unit. We did one load of laundry and the dryer quit working. we had to call twice to report it before a technician came out and said that the dryer needed to be replaced. Nobody from the property would respond in regards to when that might happen during our seven day stay. So we had to lug wet laundry to another building in order to be dried. This is not, any women’s definition of a vacation! After making multiple calls and inquiries to the property 48 hours after the fourth phone call in and a request for additional towels and linens due to one member of the family being ill… We got a beautiful email that said, sorry we don’t have any extra towels or linens because it’s spring break week!!! Oh OK, no problem thank you for the follow up after booking a property specifically with a washer and dryer that function, as well packed depending on doing laundry.. but thanks again for the GREAT GUEST Support! Master television NEVER worked. Master shower leaked water, so towels needed to soak up the water! Property staff unresponsive! We left property and went to a hotel. We were offered a very minimal credit as a gesture of Goodwill! 100% do not recommend property! What a way to remember Galveston & The beach!

2 balconies AND a BEACH!!! LOVED IT!
We had family meet us here it was fantastic place to have a little reunion, we played in the pool area and at the beach. clean and wonderful property! Just a suggestion, stop by walmart and put up a cheap chair for the stay, otherwise its $20 a day for a chair.

Girls trip
Fan in guest room didn’t always work. Code for front door should add check mark after code. Security guard not friendly- no greeting and then we were scolded for not giving him our unit number but gave him last name and he did not speak - didn’t say hi or ask for information needed. Also I used Vrbo but had to download another app to get checkout instructions

Relaxing midweek stay
Very clean and convenient. Short walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. Nice pool and 2 hot tubs/whirlpools. The washer and dryer were so handy for rinsing and drying wet beach or pool clothing and towels. Lots of towels provided. The linens on the second bed were quite worn and the pillows extra firm. You might want to bring your own pillows. We had trouble with the password for the internet and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working but we never asked for assistance since we didn't really need either. Bring your own coffee, sugar, salt, etc. No food products provided but plenty of dishes. This is an end unit so it's not close to the elevator but it's right next to stairs leading to the pool area. Also, only neighbors on one side. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Girl Cousin trip! The condo was just perfect for the 4 of us! 2 or 3 more could have joined us and sleeping would have been adequate. For entertainment purposes in the living room/dining area, more than 4 would be cramped, unless they were kids. Great communication with owner and easy check in!

Great property. The condo was the closest to the road. Some road noise early morning and evening. Pool was clean and beautiful. Beach was an easy walk. Elevator was located in the middle of complex so a little far for my disabled husband. Overall we would stay here again

Great Private Beach Condo
This property was perfect for a little beach getaway. The complex is situated down the strip a ways from the busier parts of Galveston so the beach is not crowded. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. We hope to visit again next year!
