I cannot say enough about the staff in every single area as they are amazing! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and there is so much to do! The water park is lots of fun and they provide towels to borrow. The Magical quest is fun for the whole family! It is very interactive and my grandchildren spoke with other kids to get assistance or discuss where different parts of the quest were located. They also have story time, craft time, dance party and characters which come out to see the children. There is a Wawa close by to get snacks and food if you want to get gas and different food. Also, they have an EV charging place at the casino close by if you need that. I highly recommend the Great Wolf Lodge!"

"The room was clean, the staff was kind but the hotel in itself needs an update. It’s very outdated and the decor is very far my and ranch style. The pool was ok but the amount of chlorine they poured in that pool you couldn’t be in the AREA let alone the pool longer than 10 mins. You’d start to choke and your eyes would burn. Kids couldn’t enjoy it long because the chlorine was unbearable. "

"Service was great all the staff we came in contact with were kind and helpful from showing us how to work the TV to giving us bottled water when the drink vending machine was out. We enjoyed our stay and the location was very close to Chestertown and Rock Hall."
