"the description and images provided match perfectly the reality. Actually in real is even nicer, as plants have been growing and make a really nice Patio with the pool. But you need to be aware that you are quiet environment and connections are via small country roads; which takes time for visits, shopping etc. An area which is still to be discovered by tourists! We enjoyed with our 3 kids! "

"La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso. Il paese è molto piccolo e mancano alcuni servizi utili come il bancomat, ma comunque nei paesi vicini si trova tutto. Se dovessimo tornare in Abruzzo torneremo sicuramente ad Ofena."

"A friend and I stayed in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat for a couple of weeks. It is very clean and has everything needed for light cooking. During the day, the neighborhood is quiet but comes alive in the evenings when everyone is outside for the passegiata. There are a number of bars to enjoy for your morning coffee or aperitivo in the evenings. A local favorite shop just around the corner, Antichi Sapori, has quality prosciutto, salume and cheeses. "We stayed at Casa Spartaco for almost a month. This is a fantastic place for both short term and long term stays, and if you WFH It is well equipped as well. The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. The owners did things right, invested on the property so those that stay feel very comfortable at home.
