"The property was great!! The property was new, extremely clean, and was close to everything in town and both Gondola's. Despite the property being really close to town, it was not overly noisy. The property is directly across from a ski rental where we rented and the Ski storage at the property was absolutely awesome with boot drying and warming cupboards. Would definitely stay again"

Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir nun unserem trotzdem abgebuchten Geld hinterherrennen müssen, obwohl keine Übernachtung stattgefunden hatte. "This is hands down the nicest Hotel we have used throughout our years of family ski vacations! Our flat was impeccable, the equipment was mint, and the two spas on site are excellent. Add to that underground direct access to the communal ski room which is connected by an elevator directly to the Dorfbahn lift, and you have a winning combination. We are traditionally more in "house cooking" so I cannot comment on the Hotel's culinary offering, but judging from the rest of the facilities, it is...

"We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our initial experience was less than ideal: we were being accommodated in their older building, on the first floor just above the restaurant where the DJ, music, and loud guests guaranteed a good level of noise until 11:45pm the first night. When we complained about that, the management was super helpful, moving us for the remaining 4 nights to an upper floor in the newer circular building facing the other direction (with a wonderful view to the mountains). This room was much more modern. We used the hotel sauna twice - basically a full modern spa department just for the two of us; apparently the other guests didnt’t think sauna is a good idea during summertime, but coming from Finland, we know better. Parking was easy in the garage, if not cheap. Breakfasts are plenty and good quality. My score of 5/5 is based on our overall experience and certainly the very helpful service from the management. Thanks for making our visit pleasant and memorable!"

"I added this hotel at the last minute and I was glad I did! Where some hotels you must check in by 6p, Der Reschenhof allowed checking in as late as 11p. Made a huge difference to my plans and the hotel was wonderful! Polite staff, quick check in, great room, free parking, and breakfast was included. Would come back again!"

"Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."
