"The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged...

"Nice place to sleep in especially for a short trip the room that we sleep in was nice and cool especially for a location that was relatively hot"

"The property was very cute and clean and had many items I wasn’t expecting. It could use an ironing board and iron and some outlets in the bathroom for blow dryer use. The price was very reasonable. Might need it again next year for the last week of June again. "

"It was very cozy and a nice secure property. It felt like a home, not like a vacation/rental property, which is a good thing. The bed was super comfortable. Nice helpful owners as well."

"It was a good place. For the price I think it was magnificent. Many nearby places to eat and shop. Near the beach we loved it I don't give it 5 stars because we ran out of water the last day. Although I know that not having water is something that leaves the hands of the owner and it was uncomfortable since we were a large group. Thank you for receiving us and giving us the opportunity to stay for two weeks."

"Was the perfect beach get away. Quiet and private resort with a calm beach environment. Great snorkeling along the reef, better than the paid tour in San Juan. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Me and my girlfriend spoke very little Spanish and were able to communicate with the staff. "

"Yes, this is a motel and was once known on the island as more of a short-stay spot, but they've made some major improvements! The place looks really nice now. It’s clean, renovated, and the indoor private pool was a great addition and definitely worth it. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. They got us ice and an extra blanket right away. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside? A lack of outlets — that’s it! "

The location is also perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels private and calm. For everything it offers, the price is very reasonable.
