Bedroom #2: One full bed and two twin beds (one trundle) with access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Fully stocked kitchen. If you choose to cook-in, you'll have all the kitchen supplies you need to help prepare almost anything you enjoy at home.

A communal outdoor hot tub with outdoor eating area and BBQ grill.

One car garage (detached). Additional on-property outdoor parking available with permit.

Two single-person kayaks and life vests.

Easy elevator ride up to the 4th floor condo. Luggage trollies are provided in the lobby.

100 yd walk to the lake for fishing and boating.

300 yd walk to free bus stop to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone (Summit Stage Schedule and Stop Locations, our two stops are KFC and Holiday Inn).

Short walk/bike ride to a variety of restaurants and shops including (Whole Foods Market, Safeway, Starbucks, The Rio, Sandwich shops, Wal-Mart, KFC, Wendy's, Taco Bell and many, many more). Starbucks is 1/2 block away!
