It’s just a five-minute walk from Main Street’s shops and restaurants, and with a ski shuttle stop at the entrance to the complex and trailhead access directly across Main Street, year-round fun in Summit County is just outside your door. And the condo itself? Stylish, modern and comfortable. Your group is going to love it!

This beautiful 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium condo can accommodate groups of up to eight guests. It’s filled with natural light and surrounded by majestic mountain views. Kick off your boots, hang up your jacket and get ready to simply enjoy. Gather around the kitchen island where the culinarily inspired can delight in cooking with state-of-the-art appliances. After dinner, relax in the cozy living area where you can watch your favorite movies or shows on the large 65” flat-screen TV as you snuggle by the fire.

In addition to fantastic living spaces, this home boasts two nicely appointed suites, a loft sleeping area and additional sleeping in the detached den upstairs. There's also a one-car garage, mud room, ski storage and laundry room, as well as complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. For an added bonus, escape upstairs to the den and private roof top deck, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views from Mount Royal to Lake Dillon! (Please note: The rooftop deck is open in the summer only.)

Main Level:
- King master suite: king bed, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub and walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 2)
- Queen suite: queen bed, shared bathroom with living area with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Loft: two twin beds. (sleeps 2) **Ladder access – not recommended for small children or adults. Great fun for preteens and teens!**

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

1st time in Frisco and this place didn’t disappoint! Location to several ski resorts so convenient! Place was so comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. A little walk to Main Street shops and restaurants, but definitely doable.

It was the perfect size for my family. We skiied Copper so the proximity to I70 was very conveniant. The condo was super clean and comfortable. My only problem was the difficulty in locking the condo door. It would be much easier with just one button to lock it. Thanks!

Perfect location, great condo!
This was a perfect place to stay for our Spring skiing get away. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy living room after skiing and cooked some great meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The condo was very quiet and just a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommend. Also, the management was very responsive.

Never skied Colorado before, had an unexpected opportunity to do so and luckily found this place still available for our dates. Skied Copper, Arapahoe and Winter Park from here. Excellent location and beautiful condo. Being old school, doing this all by text made me a little uneasy, so I called just to sure it was all legit. :-) Summit Rentals were very responsive, checked up on us to make sure all was well and made everything easy. Full stocked and well laid out kitchen allowed us to easily feed 6 adults. Would go back here in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this place.

Would definitely stay again, but...
This place is mint. The location is wonderful, the unit is beautiful and flawlessly clean, the master bath is large and the jetted tub is a bonus, the bed is perfect! It's all around a perfect condo and we would, without a doubt, stay here again. BUT....DO NOT BOOK THIS THROUGH VRBO. Go directly to Summit Mountain Rentals to avoid paying double. I didn't do that and ended up paying double. Summit is great to work with but I wish I had booked directly through them.

This property was very high end from the finishings to the furnishings to the dishes and flatware. Everything we needed was available to us. Very comfortable, very clean, homey and roomy. The location was good even though I thought it would have been closer to the stores and restaurants but it was worth the distance. Each bedroom had its own bathroom facilities. We had three adults and a toddler in our party. We did not have reason to use the loft area. We would most certainly rent this property again. The biggest negative I have is that the property manager or receptionist said she would let us know when the property was ready for us to occupy. The person responsible for letting her know dropped the ball. When we arrived in the office at 4pm she had to make a phone call to see if it was ready. It was and from listening to her side of the conversation I gathered it had been ready as were other properties she did not know about. Notification by text message would be helpful. The later has nothing to do with the property but with the management. Enjoyed our stay.
