"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "I booked this house for an extended family vacation - 4 couples, 1 single, and 2 babies. It was perfect! Huge, lovely, comfortable, perfectly situated. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend."

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Staying at James’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. James was a fantastic host: super responsive, friendly, and gave great local recommendations that really made our trip special.The location was perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night.
