Ready for your own little "R 9 Beach House" get-A-way! This newly remodeled BEACH FRONT 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. This precious property offers a quick beach access, views of the beach from the front decks and views from the bay & intracoastal waterway from the bay side deck. Enjoy the sunrise on one side of the house with coffee or tea, and the sunset on the other side with some spirits and a cozy dinner. Starting and ending your day with a view like that, what more can you ask for. Grab the kids, the beach gear and head to the beach for the day when your ready to head back, a short few steps and your back at the house, enjoy a fun game of corn hole with your family or BBQ some burgers and or stay in and enjoy a movie ... what ever you prefer is always memories you have a lifetime of. Take some quiet time at the end of the night to teach the kids to journal about their day....draw pictures of fun things they did, saw, or explored, for them to dream of retuning to the beach and making more memories.

Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if planning on bringing your furry friend to Surfside! Pets are welcome at this home. 2 pets max. w/ a non-refundable pet fee. (ask if additional pets are allowed).

The weather was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very minimally supplied in soap/toilet paper/towels/trash bags. It didn't end up being a problem, but I think they should at least provide hand soap and dish soap.

Cute home! Front row beach access. Does need more kitchen items like more towels, bowls and defiantly better pans. There is not coffee pot and no dishwasher. Also nothing I remember seeing about needing to bring water to cook with and rinse food off with. No filter action system. The charcoal grill was too small. It may have held four hamburger patties at a time…way to small. Needed to mow the grass area heading to the walkover. Was over your ankles and almost to your calves. Needed cut really bad and standing water so it should have need done. One end was just not the end were this unit is. Dumpster was over filled and falling onto ground. Construction workers were at another unit and was putting wood and other discarded construction items in the dumpster. Downstairs was not cool during the daytime. I would stay at this property again.

Property is misrepresented! Pic 34 and 35 say downstairs bedroom which is why we book for my grandfather who was traveling with us. All bedrooms were up stairs! I tryed to explain to vrbo guy and he just argued with me. Outside of building is run down and in condo with several other units in bad shape. Could not drink water out of faucet as it was brown!! Cockroach in shower and house on a public beach with about 75 cars packed on 24/7. We had to even wade through waist high grass to get to walk way to cross over and get to beach. Only positive was beds were comfortable and inside was nice and clean. Kitchen was beautiful no dishwasher.

Great view
When you first walk up it looks run down, but you walk in and the Condo is really nice., well kept and clean. The living area furniture is showing some wear and tear. The kitchen is a nice size. We brought ground coffee, but kitchen has Keurig so had to buy pods. Would suggest bringing a small bottle of dishwasher soap. We brought our own trash bags and paper towels are a must. We enjoyed sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the great view with an adult beverage. The beds are upstairs and are comfortable. I would recommend this place for older couples or a family with older children. Pet friendly. We would stay here again.

Amazing view, building not so much
It was a great view from the moment you walked in. The place was a bit smaller than what we expected. but the large kitchen space made up for it. It's furnished but it's cheap furniture and not so comfortable, it's starting to show wear and tear. BBQ is advertised but that grill is falling apart and super dirty- needs to be replaced. We had wanted to grill some steaks and were super disappointed that we were not able to. If we tried to grill we were afraid it would fall apart. If you require the place to be swept when leaving, I would suggest investing in a Dyson wall stick to help vacuum the floors. WiFi works well but the upstairs could use an extender - could not access WiFi upstairs. Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV was a great feature. The condo itself is well updated but the building that it's part of is not, several of the units are being remodeled, not a good look when you are trying to get away from the chaos and walk into a construction site. Some construction noise was distracting. I was also not expecting so many trucks driving on the beach. Overall it was a good time and the beach is literally right outside your door. Also DO NOT BURN THE CHRISTMAS TREES should largely be displayed somewhere in the condo- others were burning them so we did too and we got a citation for it.
