- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. This is shared with the one-bedroom unit next door.
-There is a large, shared patio to enjoy during your stay, please be mindful of neighbors.
-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional smell. The water quality is safe, but we have provided an entire unit water softener system for your convenience.
