One of five charming cabins set just 4 miles from the center of downtown Fredericksburg, you and a guest will love the ability to relax in the scenic Texas Hill Country and then take a short drive to town. Enjoy a king bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, and pleasant private deck featuring a hot tub and grill all to yourself. In addition, Live Oak Creek is just off of your doorstep, so a day could easily be spent fishing, paddle boating, or swimming.

The home is pet friendly and does not have a limit on the number of dogs that you can bring. However, there is a pet fee of $38/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please keep in mind that, since there are four other cabins on the property, they may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Furthermore, there are RV hookups, so other guests might be utilizing those as well.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Great Getaway!
The cabin was adorable, clean, and offered a ton of space for a small family with or without dogs. Having the hot tub and plenty of places to hang out outside was definitely a plus. It wasn’t a big deal for our big trip, but heads up that the fridge in the cabin was a mini fridge and not a regular-sized fridge as listed/pictured. Overall, it was a great stay!

Mollies Cabin
Cabin was as described. Very nice and clean. Even though there are cabins nearby it has a secluded feel. On Bar/restaurant was not open at all Frday or Saturday as it was advertised. Hooks behind the door for coats or hats would be nice. 2 hooks close to the shower would also be nice to hang towels on.

Absolutely love this property. The cabin was beautiful and had the most comfortable bed and bedding. The sheep and deer on the property were amazing to sit and watch. The hot tub was fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone and plan to book again in the late fall.

Wonderful Cabin Getaway!
The photos do not do the Cabin justice, its larger than it looks and very comfortable. The location is excellent and made a great base from which to go hiking and Kayaking in hill country. Very close to Fredericksburg for easy trips to restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I definitely recommend and would visit again!

Loved the cabin, Great atmosphere, wonderful little place, only downfall is the air-conditioning, it was definitely not working correctly. Our cabin was pretty warm by evening and through the night. Also some Hooks hang clothes please and towels. We had a nice weekend though thank u!!!

Amazing bed. Really cool setup. Hot tub was really the reason we booked this place and it straight up did not get hot. At all. Bath water temp, maybe. Nice secluded spot away from the Fredericksburg pace, but really bummed the not tub didn’t work. Pets allowed which was cool. We brought our dog but there were a ton of prickly things that would get in his paw. Overall, really nice. Depends what you’re after. If it’s the hot tub, think twice. If it’s a nice, quiet weekend 5 min from Downtown Fredericksburg, then I would recommend
