Note: Rental is in the front of the property near entrance and homeowners live on the property further up from the rental up the hill. There is a good amount of distance between the rental and homeowners house.

Other Things to Note:
- This property is suitable for children/infants. The rental sits close to the highway. Please be cautious and never leave your child unattended.

- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.

- You are close to the highway, you will or could hear highway noise. please do not walk across highway.

- No Dishwasher: dishwasher is not advertised on this listing since it's out of order. Owner is planning on removing it and replacing with another amenity in the future.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
