"This has to be one of my favourite hotels ever. Richard Branson does not disappoint with his focus on customer service and the details that elevate your stay. We were greeted with a cocktail and a tour of the facilities which included tennis courts, a gym, a pool and a spa. The rooms were stunning with a massive soaker tub and floor to ceiling doors opening to a private deck with a swing chair and loungers overlooking the hills of Franschook. There was a beautiful dining room overlooking the vineyards and breakfast was included with a large buffet and an à la carte menu. After Check out we were encouraged to stay and enjoy the property as long as we wished. We even rearranged our itinerary so we could spend more time there. The staff were very attentive and made us feel that anything we asked was possible. "

"I can't imagine having a better experience - the most wonderful hospitality & it's a perfect location. The staff is exceptional & the apartments are spacious, comfortable, & private. The town is great the main thoroughfare is literally seconds from the hotel & on the corner opposite the property there's puzza/pasta restaurant with a large courtyard that has live music sometimes. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay - I'll definitely be back when I have future trips to this exceptional Wine Country! "

"The Neighborhood is a great place to stay in Franchooek. I’ve stayed here twice-once with my brother and once with my husband and son. The accommodations are stylish and in great condition, and the location near the wine tram can’t be beat. You can walk there and to several stores and restaurants. It’s easy to get in, and we stored our bags after checkout both times without any issues. "
