The apartment is located in the 2nd OG. The Darmstadt University, the Fraunhofer Institute, the Darmstadium congress center and the city center are just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Around the apartment, there are numerous pubs, restaurants and other shopping markets. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There is a kitchen in which everything is available. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine and other extras. You will definitely feel comfortable with us for a short break or your business trip.

Wohnung sauber, für 2 Personen geräumig. Technik, Wasser Strom alles OK. Nachtlärm durch gegenüberliegende Gastwirtschaft bis 6:00 Uhr morgens. Eventuell durch Schallschutzfenster zu minimieren.
