"Had a room off the interior hallway, and it was better than expected. Very clean, quiet, and everything working as it should. Breakfast was not extravagant, but more than adequate, except the coffee did run low and dry by 8:00am, but I will definitly return if motel is needed again in the area. "

"I stayed here with a few students while we were attending a convention on the K-State Campus. The property was very nice - we really enjoyed hanging out on the deck and the beautiful view! The drive to the house was also beautiful! The neighbor to the south (up the hill) was very nice and came to greet us and made sure we knew where to park so the neighbor to the north didn't get upset. One thing we found out - what looks like the "driveway" is actually an easement road, so it should just be used to access the VRBO property - don't "loiter" in the driveway. The parking spot next to the house is only big enough for a small car, and if your vehicle hangs over the property line, the neighbor to the north will report you to the police. Fortunately the neighbor to the south has a big parking area and allowed us to park there. Otherwise, the house was very nice and clean, nice decor, and mostly comfy beds. No Keurig, unfortunately. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"We needed a place near Manhattan for a wedding. This home was perfect, allowing privacy for the couple staying downstairs and the couple staying upstairs (main level). Each had adequate bathroom space for dressing for the events. Everything was modern and perfectly clean. Well equipped for meal prep. Location was close to 24 Highway with good access. Major shopping within 10 minutes. Loved having access to laundry and needed the ironing board and iron, which was provided. This is in a family friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend."

"This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips."

"Cozy cabin with everything you need to get away from the hubbub and relax. The pictures make it look bigger than it is but the place is nice and equipped with more than enough amenities to have a great time without having to leave. Only two of us during our stay and it was just what we were looking for. The weather wasn’t great but if it was, there is a nice little nook down by the water that would be amazing."

"In town for a family birthday party and this spot was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a quick breakfast both days before heading out. The living room was cozy enough to catch Coachella late at night when we returned. The mattresses leave a little to be desired as they were not very comfy, but all in all a good stay."
