Enjoy the community pool from 8AM to 8PM and tennis/pickle-ball court, or borrow the 4 beach cruisers for a quick ride to Bethany Beach and the ocean. This well-appointed home near Bethany Beach features arched doorways and vaulted ceilings, a light-filled 4 season porch with wooded views of a creek, and a well-equipped kitchen adjacent to the en-suite bedroom on the first floor. The second floor boasts an open loft for sleeping or working, two spacious bedrooms (one with a king, the other with two twin-over-twin bunks, which can be converted to twin+twin king on bottom) and a full bath. Relax and watch the herons and ducks from the outdoor deck or sun room while the kids enjoy foosball/air-hockey/ping pong at the game table or croquet on the lawn. Launch kayaks (not included) minutes away in the Assawoman Canal. Perfectly located behind Sea Colony, minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and a short drive to Rehoboth and Ocean City. All seasons room. No smoking. DOG FRIENDLY!. Available to rent for a Fall, Winter or Spring getaway. Also available before and after season for 3 nights.

Stench Destroys Weekend

When we arrived there was a disgusting stench throughout the house. We immediately returned our keys only to be told that the rental Company (Wilgus in Bethany Beach DE) would have to check with the owner to see if we could get our money back. In the meantime we were stuck with no place to stay. So we turned around and drove 3.5 hours back home. Now Wilgus refuses to give us a full refund. VRBO should not be doing business with Wilgus Realty.
