"Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. "The hotel is very nice with renovated, modern rooms, very clean. The staff has been extremely helpful and nice. It has a nice pool and very good parking options (garage) which was very convenient! The location is OK (close to the sea shore – we had a room with sea view: nice) but not overwhelming. It's about 20 min by foot from the city center. There are no (good) restaurants very close (unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday when the internal restaurant was closed). We took the car to the railroad station (where there is a nice parking), a 5 min ride, and had dinner in the port/station area. If the location doesn't matter I can highly recommend this hotel!"
