"Pretty disappointed overall with my stay. Had there been other options when booking last minute I wouldn't have booked. The room had long black hairs all over the floor and bed when I arrived. The sheet was very thin with dirt on it. Issues that had to be fixed like the window getting stuck and the shower tap being stuck on scalding hot. "Wow and Excellent. I will be back for sure. Just great. I only stayed here for 1 night but I enjoyed my stay here. It was super friendly, calming and tranquil but very sociable. The people at checkin and checkout we’re great and friendly. The dorms themselves very comfortable. Also the beds have 2 pillows not 1 and this is a bonus. Considering many dorms I stayed have only 1. The views and position of Hostel is remarkable. Just fantastic. The continental breakfast at only £3.50 in the morning...

"My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available....

"One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. It took a while, but we eventually found it. Apparently there's a kitchen on site, but we only found one in the hostel across the street? Had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the hot water, I tried messaging the property, but it was late and I never got a response.
