"Don’t judge a book by its cover! We were a little iffy based on the location, but as soon as we walked in, it was nothing but amazing service! We had a great stay at this location from the check in process to the employees that we spoke to. The M Club service was amazing too! Some components in our room’s bathroom needed to be addressed but all in all, clean atmosphere, friendly service, and overall great stay. "

"Centrally located in downtown Providence, the hotel is a short walk to everything that Providence has to offer. Complimentary snacks and spacious rooms. Offsite valet parking was expensive ($40 per night), but otherwise, was an affordable stay in Rhode Island."

"The staff were extremely helpful & very compassionate. The breakfast covered almost anyone’s wants or needs. Although the valet parking was $38/day , the Laz staff would run the distance to retrieve a vehicle & return it with a smile."
