Nestled in the sought-after neighborhoods of old-town Roanoke, this newly furnished home is the perfect retreat. Explore the renowned Oak Street restaurants, picturesque parks, and attractions in central Roanoke, then return to your cozy sanctuary. Relax on the patio, cook a delicious family dinner, and have unforgettable memories!

Roanoke has the small town vibes with a great town square! Loaded with shops, restaurants, boutiques, parks, and is a great area to walk around with the family. From live music, relaxation, or enjoying the local night life, you will have endless options!

This community is easily drivable and walkable! Really cute and safe neighborhood
*any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $100 added to the cleaning fee

Garage not available for guests. The owner of the house uses it for his items.

When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)

*We know accidents happen. However, for any items that (may) get damaged or broken, we will charge for the replacement . As well as excessive deep cleaning after the stay. Please remember to clean up to avoid any extra cleaning charges. For excessive cleaning after stay, we will charge $250 or more.

*This is a NO smoking Airbnb. Smoking inside the house will result in extra charges.

*Check out later than 10am will result in a late check out fee. We have a 10am sharp check out time to be able to get the house prepared for the next guest.

Great Location

Stayed was booked to attend graduation for granddaughter. We were close to everything. Just a short drive to downtown Roanoke with plenty of great places to eat. The house was clean, and true to photos. Will definitely stay here for our next visit.

Nice property close to downtown Roanoke

Nice property and well equipped. Conveniently located near downtown Roanoke. You can gear freeway noise inside home but we only slept there so didn’t matter too much. Also side street leading into home is a little sketchy but overall a nice property at a reasonable price.

Excellent location, great food nearby, Nice place to stay!

Neighborhood was good, house had plenty of space, was clean and reasonably priced, the beds were comfortable. For the bourbon drinker, the large ice cubes were a nice touch. Great communication with the host, absolutely no problems. Would definitely stay there again.
